Quotes
Frank Menz, Germany head coach: “Congratulations to both Nenads (head coach Trunic and number 10 Miljenovic). The difference was Nenad the player, he was tremendous today and we could not cope with him in the second half. Like yesterday, at the end of the game we ran out of energy.“
Nenad Trunic, Serbia head coach: “Our job was to have our players mentally recover from yesterday's loss to Poland. We have played great defense all tournament. Today however, we found our offense as well.“
Jakob Krumbeck, Germany number 8: "Every time we got back close to them, they made another important three pointers. That was the key today."
Nenad Miljenovic, Serbia number 10: "Germany have improved a lot since we played them last year. I think this was by far our best game in the tournament."
